Joel Hackleman joined Anderson, Indiana’s Keg N Bottle as a second shift supervisor in 1992. He received several promotions during his first few years with the company, advancing to positions such as store manager and buying manager. In 2000, Joel Hackleman assumed the role of general manager at Keg N Bottle, a Hackleman family business since 1968.
